The Louisville Genealogical Society is open to anyone interested in genealogy, or the history of Louisville, Jefferson County, and surrounding areas. Organized in 1985 as a nonprofit, educational society for the purpose of preserving, evaluating and sharing local records.
Membership Details:
Membership is open to anyone interested in the history of Louisville, Jefferson County, and surrounding areas. Annual dues are $15.00 based on calendar year for a single member $15, $18.00 for a family membership of two.
Meeting Details:
Meetings are on the 2nd Tuesday at 1:00 P.M.; workshop sessions are on the 4th Tuesday (except November and December) at 1:00 P.M. at the Latter Day Saints Church, Hurstbourne Lane & Linn Station Road in Louisville.
